1st Halloween

With this Halloween being Kiptyn's first Halloween, I had to make him some cute babylegs. So here they are. Tell me what you think cause they were supper easy to make.

I love this picture. It makes me wonder what kind a personality he will really have...LOL!!

Kiptyn is 5 weeks old

I can't believe how fast time flies!!! Kiptyn is already 5 weeks old. He is so sweet and such a chunk!!! We love his chubby face!!!

The Loaf Love tour.....

Right now Tillamook Cheese is kicking off their loaf love tour. It was so cool to see the baby loaf buses at the fair and eat cheese. My kids loved these little buses so we just had to get some photos.

Fair....

Well it is that time again...You know when we load up all our stuff and our cows and head to the fair. This year Briggs and Allysen got to take their own calves to fair and show them. They had a blast. The loved telling all the "city folk" about them and they especially loved showing them. I love this time of year. Here is Allysen with Rosalee.

This is Ben winning Supreme Champion. Rusti was best of show in all breeds. This is the second year in a row that Ben has won this trophy. Way to go Babe!!!

Name!!!

So we decided to give our baby boy a nickname until he is born so that we just wouldn't call him baby or boy or whatever. You get my point right?? Well now we have come up with what we are really are going to name him. And it has really been bugging me lately that our kids still call him baby Maks when really he has a totally different name. Weird I know since the nick name idea was mine. Well I was dealing with it until last night when we were at the dairy with Ben and he said "can't we just tell the kids his name so we don't have to call him Maks anymore?" I then realized that it was bothering Ben just as much as it was bothering me. Hallelujah!!! So we told our children "his" name. So if you want to know his name you will have to ask one of them. The funny thing about it is that they don't even remember his name most of the time!!! LOL

I am 31 weeks pregnant in these photos not very far until we get to meet our little guy!!!

Overdue....

No I am not overdue to have our baby, but I am overdue for a new post!!! I can't find my camera and that is typically the reason I post, cause I have some new photos. Well not today. I just decided that I needed to get my rear in gear and keep up with my blog.

I am almost 31 weeks. Now that is so exciting. I can't believe how fast this pregnancy has been. I just can't wait to meet our little guy and see who he looks like. He is such a joy to be pregnant with and I am always feeling him kick and move.

Briggs has been the most defiant child lately, PLEASE tell me this is just a faze..... I don't think I can handle this is whole life!!! We are constantly talking about respect and how we show people respect. I just get so frustrated some days...

Allysen is growing so fast and I can't believe that she is 5 1/2. She wanted me to make her a princess sash yesterday, so I did. Then she wanted to hand embroider words onto her sash too. I will have to post a pic when I find my camera. She did an awesome job!! Wow I can't believe she can already do this kind of stuff...

I love being a mom but feel I have few patience lately. I guess the only thing I can do is pray for patience everyday. Have a fabulous week everyone!!!

Food....

Well as you can tell I have been crafting again lately. I made felt food for my kids and they love it. They play with it all the time. I even made them a grocery bag so they can go shopping. I still have more things I want to make, but for now this is what I've made. Enjoy!!

My little boy just turned 4 on Saturday. I can hardly believe how fast they grow. I am so proud of the little man he is becoming and the love he has! I love you Briggsie!!! Here is some pics from his birthday. He is so proud of his new baby that his daddy gave him!!

I made him a Longhorn Cake....in about 30 minutes....

Milkshakes and Caterpillars!!!

Summer must be here if I feel the need to go get cold drinks all the time. Milkshakes are the thing to get lately too...Can you tell my kids agree!!!!

Well on Saturday we had a long, but lovely day. We had cooking group and that was quick but I had a horrible headache that wouldn't go away. So I told the kids that we would go to the Cheese Factory to get ice cream.....well memorial day weekend and the cheese factory just don't mix very well when you live here. Needless to say we didn't stand in the mile long lines just to get some ice cream that we can eat year round anyway. I took the kids to Lindsey's and we got milkshakes instead. They were just as happy. So I took some pictures of how cute they are drinking their milkshakes.

And of course this is Briggs with his little caterpitllar he found. This kid LOVES bugs!!!

Sock Monkey Time....

Well I am so excited to say that I have finished making my diaper bag. I found this adorable fabric at fabric.com and decided that I wanted a diaper bag so look here it is!!!

What Big kids I have now....

Well I am ever amazed yet again by my two beautiful children. I am so proud of the beautiful little people that they are becoming and I can not believe how fast it is happening! On Wednesday they went out to the field and chased all the cows back to the barn for their daddy. I couldn't believe that they mustered up enough courage to do that, but lately they have done all sorts of things that I never imagined they could do. I love that they are finding a love for our beautiful Jersey cows, like their father and I have. What wonderful children we have started to raise!!!

Great Friends...

Well I just have to say I am grateful to have such great friends...I Mean all of them too. But in particular today I am talking about Jaclyn. At last notice Jaclyn came and picked up some kids for me to go to MOPS today. I was so glad that she did that for me and I wanted to give her a public Thank you, cause it meant so much!! I feel like I have to rely on the world to do anything and sometimes it really bothers me that I just can't get up and go wherever whenever. This morning I just really wanted to get out. 4 months pregnant, continuous rain and 7 small children running around.....does this not sound like a great reason to get out for a while???? Well Thank you so much for taking the time to run clear over to my house and back for me and to drive us all in!! I owe you BIG TIME!!!

What a Wonderful day...

On Thursday we all went to Portland for some appointments. We had such a good time together. We went to see our baby on TV. The Ultrasound Tech was awesome. I have never had such an enjoyable ultrasound before. It was so neat watching Briggs and Allysen see their little tiny "brother" on the screen. Yes I did say BROTHER. We are having another boy. I am so excited, even though I wasn't set on either sex, just a healthy baby! Allysen has been saying that it is a boy and Briggs has been saying that we were having a girl. So when Briggs found out that we were having a boy his exact words were, "Gosh Dang it another stinkin' boy"! All we could do was laugh.
We thought it was so hillarious that it came out of his mouth!!! LOL

Valentines Day Weekend

On Valentines Weekend, Ben and I went to Newport and spent the night just the 2 of us. We went to the Aquarium there and also walked on Yaquina Bay. We had a great time together and enjoyed the beauty that is so close to us. Here are some pictures of the things we saw.

I love the top picture of Ben and the huge shark teeth, I thought it was great!!

Above is Spider Crabs, they live in the bottom of the ocean near China and can live to be 100 years old with a 13 foot leg span...Crazy huh??

Above again is a picture of a horned cow fish...Briggs loved the picture of this crazy thing.

These pictures are taken from the sights of Yaquina Bay. The top one is one of the rock quarries out to the ocean. It was beautiful. We walked out on the one on the right until it got to close to the ocean then we turned back. It was such a gorgeous day.

And the bottom one is of the bridge we drove over to go to the aquarium. It is amazing. We had such a wonderful weekend!! I love my husband.
